School Development Plan

Key priorities for 2024-2025:

Priority 1: Writing

To improve the teaching of writing through staff training, a focus on pride and presentation and delivering effective feedback.

Priority 2: Subject Leadership

To improve the quality of teaching and learning across the curriculum through monitoring and assessment and looking at best practice through the Ofsted subject reviews.

Priority 3: SEN

To ensure the needs of all children with SEN and EHCPs are being met.
