We are looking for an enthusiastic, kind and caring person to work as part of our lunchtime team supervising children eating lunch and supporting their play and relationships with each other in the playground.

17.5 hours 8:30am – 12:00pm Monday – Friday term time only
Required as soon as possible. This role is fixed term to 31st August 2025 in the first instance with a view to extending the contract if the school budget allows.
We are seeking to appoint a highly skilled and motivated member of staff to work as part of a team supporting children with Special Educational Needs in our mixed year 1 / 2 classes in the first instance.
If you have:
- v experience of working with children with SEN, particularly Social, Emotional and Mental Health Needs and / or children who are neurodivergent in a school or pre-school setting;
- v the ability to stay calm and resilient when supporting children who display heightened emotions;
- v the ability to develop positive relationships with children and colleagues;
- v a solution focused approach and the ability to put external agency advice into practice;
- v If you are looking to work in a supportive team where ongoing training is prioritised, then Crossley Fields could be the school for you!
